VETOQUINOL PHOVIA CASE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The competition (the “Competition”) is organised and promoted by Vetoquinol UK (“VETOQUINOL”),
with its registered offices located at Steadings Barn, Pury Hill Business Park, Towcester NN12 7LS, England.
  2. To enter the competition the entrant must upload photographs (before and after) of a case where Phovia has been used
and the case details to the competition website:

    https://www.phoviacompetition.vetoquinol.co.uk/
  3. By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries submitted with incomplete information,
or found to contain invalid information, shall be deemed invalid.
  5. Entry is open to veterinary professionals during April 22nd to December 16th 2025. Employees (and their immediate families)
of VETOQUINOL are not permitted to enter this Competition. By entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible
to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. VETOQUINOL may require you to provide proof that you are eligible
    to enter the Competition.
  6. No automated, third party or bulk entries are permitted. Multiple entries in breach of this provision will result in those
entries being disqualified. If VETOQUINOL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such means are being used to circumvent this
condition then it may require the entrant to prove that such means were not used. If VETOQUINOL becomes aware of an entrant
using means to circumvent this condition, then these entries will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
  7. The Competition commences on 22nd April 2024 (“Start Date”) and closes at midnight on 16th December 2025 (“Closing Date”)
(being the “Competition Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, this means that entries to the Competition must have been
received by VETOQUINOL by the close of the Competition Period in order to meet the Closing Date validity requirements.
  8. VETOQUINOL will not accept:
    1. Responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including
equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
    2. Proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.
  9. No purchase is necessary to enter this Competition.
  10. Entrants may not be selected as a winner more than once throughout the Competition Period.
  11. The prizes for this Competition are as follows:
    • £50 Amazon voucher
  12. The first case entry drawn on December 17th 2025 will be allocated the prize.
  13. The prize is not negotiable or transferable and may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
  14. No cash or alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside of its control,
VETOQUINOL reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
  15. A third party acting on behalf of VETOQUINOL will distribute the prize according to the contact details provided on the
    call request form.
  16. Prize winners should allow up to forty (40) days for processing and delivery.
  17. VETOQUINOL reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Competition at any time with no
liability to any entrant or any third party.
  18. If for any reason any aspect of the Competition does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer
virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the
control of VETOQUINOL that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Competition, then
VETOQUINOL may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Competition and/or invalidate affected entries.
  19. VETOQUINOL and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered
or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Competition and/or prizes,
other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where
liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
  20. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant,
VETOQUINOL may, at its sole discretion, invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Competition,
irrespective of the stage in the Competition reached.
  21. VETOQUINOL’s decision in all matters relating to the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  22. The information and veterinary contributions provided in the context of the Competition are indicative and provided for
